MARK OF A CEO

In our signature program — Mark of a CEO — we create a unique experience for top leaders to give their next chapter the attention it deserves. Working with a select group of accomplished CEOs from diverse sectors, we help inspire, challenge and sharpen how they lead themselves, their Boards and their Executive teams toward impact that matters.

Set in a unique backdrop, this experience provides a rare moment of contemplation. It’s a chance to cut through the noise to realign, refocus and define the future mark they wish to leave on their business and the people they lead.

WHO THIS IS FOR

By invitation only, this unique experience is for CEOs and Senior Executives in roles with broad organisational influence. Our next program is in May 2025. If you would like to discuss whether this program is suitable for you, please contact us using the button below.

WHAT WE WILL EXPLORE

Leading for today and tomorrow

The leader of a company has a dual purpose – to win in the business of today while building the business of tomorrow. It is a balancing act – optimise for today and create options for the future. It requires skill on the part of the CEO, along with a thoughtful plan and consistent habits and practices to sense, pivot and respond.

Leading with purpose

The jury of today is not the jury of the future. The court of public opinion occurs in real time. While it is impossible to make all stakeholders happy, CEOs need to balance interests, performance and impact. To navigate this successfully, they need to anchor themselves and their businesses with a clear purpose that is felt through all actions.

Leading in the ‘people business’

Every business is a people business. The CEO is a lynchpin between two key teams that set the tone for the entire business – the Board and Management. CEOs need to work in partnership with their Chair and the Board to steer the organisation. They also need to actively manage and invigorate their executive teams to create high performance cultures that balance care and expectation.
